The John Steven Kellett Foundation is a private non-profit 501(c)3 Texas corporation founded in 1992. Since then, the Foundation has fostered the gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgender communities of Houston through its support of a range of educational, cultural, and charitable organizations.
